We ask you to book all of your classes before you visit the studio. Bookings open 7 days in advance of the start time of the class you want to do.
All of our class bookings are made via the GYM CATCH APP. You can also download the GYMCATCH App from the app store or google play - remember when you download the app to list REAL GROUP X as your fitness provider.
Payment & Cancelled Bookings
Payment for the class is made at the time of booking - this may be in the form of a single class credit, a debit from a class bundle, or a monthly unlimited subscription.
If you cancel your class booking with more than 12 hours notice, a full refund will be given. Refunds can not be offered for cancellations made after this time.
You can download the gymcatch app straight to your device to make booking a class a doddle! Once you create an account remember to list REAL GROUP X as your fitness provider so you can see our sessions!
Our signature bootcamp class is definitely not one to be missed! A circuit style cardio and strength class, set to motivating music in an awesome atmosphere. Work at a level to suit you, but beware...sweating is not an option!
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you work at maximum effort, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

The classic cardio workout - our step classes consist of choreographed routines, set to upbeat music, around a step. A great way to reach your daily step target!
